RETURN POLICY
Cancellation of Orders:
Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours after purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been allocated at the warehouse or shipped.
Returns:
All items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your dress form must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import charges in Georgia.
For orders shipped to countries other than the USA, a fixed fee of $80 USD applies, which partially covers shipping and restocking expenses.
For orders shipped to the USA, starting September 1, 2025, any shipping and customs/tariff costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be approved by our manager in advance. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the condition of the returned item. Once the amount is calculated and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale and Custom Items:
Only regular priced and standard size items may be refunded. Sale items and custom-size/custom-made items can not be refunded.
Custom-made dress forms are manufactured individually based on the client’s specific body measurements and any additional shape or design requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be resold or reassigned, and therefore all custom orders are strictly non-refundable once production has commenced.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete measurements prior to the start of production.
In certain cases, additional verification of measurements may be required to ensure precision and achieve the intended fit. Production timelines may be affected if updated measurements are not provided in a timely manner; however, this does not alter the non-refundable status of the order.
By placing a custom order, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
